Returns

All items are final sale, though exceptions can occasionally be made. Please email julie@jcampbell.design if you have a problem with your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Gift cards are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, once the returned products are received back at JCampbell. 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when order is received.

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.

  • Small Samples ship free of charge through USPS
  • All JCampbell shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

We happily ship worldwide. 

JCampbell will not be responsible for any duty or tax charges incurred upon international orders.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the designated delivery country and although they are not always incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
